Code of Ethics
Every employee of ARC Systems is held to these ethical standards as a basis for integrity, trust, and understanding in all we do. We seek those clients and vendors who share our ethical philosophy, which is guided by six basic standards: Integrity, Fairness, Partnership, Diversity, Positive Environment, and Excellence.
Integrity:
We demand the highest integrity in all we do. Our mutual consideration and respect for one another and for our clients solidifies the foundation for our entire ethical philosophy. We honor our word to the fullest extent, including our disclosure and commitment to servicing our clients. We ensure staff awareness of the integrity of our products by providing thorough monitoring of all ethical and legal components, such as copyrighting and trademarks.
Fairness:
We believe in treating others as we would choose to be treated. We adhere to all laws and regulations applicable to our industry and the spirit of corporate governance, including, but not limited to, proper licensure of software, fair trade practices, and equal opportunity employment. Our intellectual property protection and compliance procedures include periodic audits, and we do not employ the intellectual property of outside sources without proper authorization.
