ARC Systems' evolutionary answer to the traditional help desk, HERO—Help, Education, and Resource Office—provides front-line, customized technical support, timely responses, client education, and supplementary resources to LendTech® and Loan Finder Express® clients.
Help: Representatives accommodate clients with personal, on-demand production support—from routine technical support to in-depth research. HERO is empowered to maintain some areas of software functionality, as well as assign escalation status.
Education: Clients receive ongoing training and support to enhance understanding of the system. By researching a client's individual system requirements, HERO is able to better assist clients with specific functionality.
Resource: HERO acts as point of contact for rate uploads, specialized reports, and ongoing support and uses customized reports to assist with system maintenance.

- Clients communicate with a team member to receive a customized solution for each incoming inquiry. Instead of using inefficient methods to assign a response, the HERO's personalized service delivers—faster. In fact, all inquiries are handled within two hours (during normal business hours) of initial contact.
