B. Gayle Jones, Executive Vice President

B. Gayle Jones, executive vice president of ARC Systems, executes direction for the company. Her focus is on strategic vision for the company's infrastructure and the development of processes to guide change management and support growth.

In her executive role, Ms. Jones oversees human resources, marketing, documentation, training, staff development, and office management. Since the creation of ARC Systems, she has been instrumental in its design and growth. Ms. Jones is actively involved in staff development, employee benefits, strategic marketing, advertising campaigns, as well as long-range strategic planning.

As a member of the company's executive committee, Ms. Jones has an integral role in creating business units that generate revenue and provide value to both employees and clients alike. In addition to helping establish the initial client base, many of the processes she implemented during the company's start-up phase are still in place today.

Prior to 1990, Ms. Jones served as director of materiels management for the St. David's Healthcare System in Austin, Texas. Most notably, she was a key participant in their management information systems expansion committee, which successfully evaluated, selected, and implemented software integration programs for the rapidly developing healthcare system.

As an accomplished writer, Ms. Jones has published articles concerning innovative systems and was appointed to the editorial board of a national materiels management periodical. Among the awards and recognition she has received is a Fellowship in Materiels Management of the American Hospital Association. Ms. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
