Pat Kelly is responsible for all legal services at ARC Systems, including managing and negotiating business transactions and coordinating external legal services.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kelly was a partner in Spivey, Grigg, Kelly and Knisely, a civil trial law firm. Additionally, Mr. Kelly has served as assistant county attorney representing Travis County (Austin) in civil law matters.

Kelly received a bachelor's degree in business administration, an honors degree in accounting, and a law degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Kelly was also a Scholastic All-American while serving as a three year letterman in football under famed Texas Longhorns coach Darrell Royal.
