ARC Systems is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the applicants that they serve. We endeavor to provide a safe and secure environment for all online business transactions, and in particular, ensure the protection of personal applicant information.

This privacy policy applies in general to the arcsystems.com site and specifically to the LendTech® and Loan Finder Express® application services provided online by ARC Systems via the Internet. You must be a customer of ARC Systems to use these services. If you are a customer, you can find more information on our privacy policy within the "System Access and Information Security" section of your contractual "End User Software Services Agreement."

The ARC Systems web site is essentially for information purposes only. If you are not an ARC Systems customer, but wish to preview the LendTech or Loan Finder Express systems via the online demonstration available on the web site, you will be asked to provide personal identification information (e.g., name, company, and e-mail address). This information is collected to facilitate follow-on contact by us if appropriate. We do not otherwise use or disclose information about you to any outside party.

If you are a registered user of the LendTech or Loan Finder Express systems, our enabling technology employs the use of "cookies" to capture the data (e.g., User ID, credit report numbers, pointers to specific internal data records, etc.) necessary to process the application. For security and control purposes, we also capture the IP address of the hardware being used to access the LendTech or Loan Finder Express systems. As with visitors to the site, we do not disclose this information to any third party.
