Our Project Managers assist LendTech® and Loan Finder Express® clients through implementation and production phases:

Implementation: During this phase, clients are introduced to key contacts and become acquainted with ARC Systems. Project Managers oversee the implementation process for client-specific solutions. User testing validates product functionality and increases the client's system proficiency.

Production: Upon completion of the implementation, the client's solution is deployed to a "live" production area where it can be used for their day to day operations.

After a product is deployed to production, LendTech clients may discover new opportunities to increase their productivity. Our Project Managers assist with defining those business needs. A workflow is established to determine solutions and deliver enhancements so that all objectives are satisfied.

With the scalability of our technology, Loan Finder Express clients have the opportunity to grow their business and move to our enterprise-level, LendTech product. This conversion is facilitated by a designated Project Manager.
